In June 2017, it was Louise's idea to expand the business a little. This was by offering to help our property owners fill the weeks that they have available for holiday lets. In just 10 months, this idea has proved to be a very positive step forward for Lanza5star and Louise has loved every minute of always being 'Happy to Help' wherever she can to accommodate those enquiring.

We aim for a trouble free holiday for all our guests! That means from the very first moment you engage with Lanza5star, we will do our very best to meet your needs and try to accommodate you. For peace of mind we always carry out a Meet & Greet within 24 hours of our guests arriving. This enables us to ensure that everything is ok so far and we can assure guests that we are available 24 hours with our emergency contact number. We also offer guest support for any help or advice etc. Airport transfers can be arranged and Welcome packs can also be provided for arrival.
